JCECE - Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination

JCECE BSc Nursing 2021 application forms were made available on the official website of JCECEB on November 3, 2021. Candidates have to visit the official website of Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB), jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in. The exam was held on December 14, 2021.

JCECE BSc Nursing 2021 exam is also known as Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE) BSc Nursing Entrance Competitive Examination. JCECE is also popularly known as NECE, which stands for Nursing Entrance Competitive Examination. JCECE BSc Nursing or NECE is a state level examination conducted by Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB), Government of Jharkhand. The JCECE BSc Nursing 2021 exam is held to facilitate admission into BSc Nursing and BSc Post-Basic Nursing courses in colleges across Jharkhand State.

JCECE BSc nursing 2021 or JCECE NECE 2021 exam is the gateway for admission to BSc Nursing and BSc Post Nursing programmes and both courses have different eligibility criteria.

• The applicant should have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects along with English Core/English Elective securing 45 per cent in aggregate from a recognized board such as AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent Board.
• Applicants appearing for class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects conducted by the National Institute of Open School with 45 per cent in aggregate are also eligible.
• The applicant shall be medically fit
• The minimum age of the applicant shall be 17 years as of December 31 of the year in which admission is sought

• Applicant should have passed class 12 Senior Secondary or Intermediate or an equivalent examination a recognized board. Applicants who have passed class 11 in or before 1986, will be eligible for admission.
• Applicant should possess a certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery and should be a Registered Nurse Registered Midwife (RNRM) with the State Nursing Council.
• Applicants should have a domicile certificate of Jharkhand State
• The maximum age of the aspirants should be 35 years (45 years in the case of a regular employee of State Government) as of 31st December of the examination year.

The JCECEB has not yet announced any official dates for any of its events for the JCECE BSc nursing 2021 or the JCECE NECE 2021 admission cycle. As per the official notice below are the announced dates of the events applicants can refer to:

JCECE BSc Nursing 2021 application form was available on the official website of JCECEB from November 3, 2021. Candidates have to download the prospectus from the official website in order to be aware of the instructions regarding the application form filling process. It is also advisable that the candidates should ensure that they comply with the eligibility criteria set by the conducting body, Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB), Government of Jharkhand.

Applicants have to first register themselves and then only they can proceed to fill the JECCE BSc Nursing 2021 application form. To apply successfully, the candidates have to furnish all the details such as Personal, Academic, Correspondence, and Contact details etc. in the form. No application will be considered complete without the application fee payment. Candidates must ensure to pay the application fee to conclude the application form filling process successfully.

Applicants should ensure that the information they have filled in the JCECE BSc Nursing 2021 application form is true and correct.  The JCECEB will not provide any correction window to edit any detail in the JCECE BSc Nursing 2021 application form once submitted. Before the final submission of the application form candidates should take at least two printouts of the application form for future reference. To avoid rejection, candidates should apply on or before the last date of submission of the JCECE BSc Nursing application form.

JCECE BSc Nursing admit card was made available by the conducting body JCECEB after the successful submission of the application form on December 10, 2021. The JCECEC BSc Nursing 20212 admit card was only be issued to the applicants whose application form will be accepted by the JCECEB. In order to access the admit card applicants have to visit the official website of JCECEB and log in using their application number and password. No Candidate will be allowed to enter the exam centre without having a valid ID card. JCECEB will not send the admit card to any applicant via the post. Applicants will be able to download the admit card in a PDF file and can take a printout of the same. After taking the print out candidates have to paste their valid photograph on the admit card in the box provided and have to self-attest it as well.

Applicants have to carry the hard copy of the JCECE BSc nursing admit card on the day of the examination and no applicant will be allowed to enter the exam hall without the admit card. Applicants should try to reach the exam centre at least an hour before the commencement of the examination to avoid any hassle. The JCECE BSc Nursing admit card will have all the information regarding the exam centre venue printed on it. Important Instructions to be followed on the exam day will also be mentioned on the admit card. 

JCECE BSc Nursing 2021 result will be available on the official website of the JCECEB, Government of Jharkhand. The result will be announced after the conclusion of the JCECE BSc Nursing 2021 entrance exam. The result will be based on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the state-level entrance examination. The JCECEB will release a separate merit list after announcing the result. Candidates will be able to access their results by providing their roll number by visiting the official JCECEB website.

JCECE BSc nursing 2021 important Dates calendar is prepared by the conducting body, Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB), Government of Jharkhand. The calendar comprises all the dates and events the conducting body will organize for the admissions in the BSc nursing course through the state level entrance exam. The admission process for JCECE BSc nursing 2021 starts in the month of June and concludes in the month of October every year.

The first event is of Release of Notification of acceptance of application forms and the last one is of counselling followed by the Personal Interview. The important events such as the issue of admit card, exam, result, Answer key release, Answer Key objection window, counselling and interview are also scheduled in between this period. Below are the tentative dates for the JCECE BSc Nursing 2021 events:

Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB), Government of Jharkhand, the conducting body for JCECE BSc Nursing 2021 will initiate the admission process by releasing the prospectus and inviting the application forms in the last week of May (tentatively). The application and registration process will be conducted online. Applicants have to furnish all the necessary details asked to fill in the JCECE BSc Nursing 2021 application form such as the personal and academic details.

The conducting body will publish the admit cards via online mode on their official website just after the successful completion of the application form process. The admit card will contain all the important details regarding the exam centre and the candidate. The JCECE BSc Nursing 2021 admit card can be downloaded in printable PDF format by visiting the official website of JCECEB.

JCECE BSc nursing 2021 exam will be the next important event in the calendar and is expected to be held tentatively in the first week of July 2021 (tentatively). The candidates have to appear for the state level entrance exam and have to report to the exam centre on the day of the examination before the mentioned time. The exam will be held in offline (pen and paper) mode. 

The JCECEB will also release the answer key to maintain transparency in the result declaration. Applicants will be able to check their answers and calculate their approximate scores by matching the responses from the Answer key. In case any applicant comes across with any objection regarding any question(s) he/she can raise the same by providing the correct solution to the discrepancy in the question(s). 

JCECE BSc Nursing 2021 result is expected to be out tentatively in the last week of July 2021. The result will be published on the official website of the JCECEB and the applicants can access their result by entering their Roll number. On the basis of performance and marks secured by the applicants, a merit list will be prepared according to category wise.
