Allahabad State University renamed as Prof Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University, is a State University established in 2016 by the government of Uttar Pradesh in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. It is a residential-cum-affiliating University with 562 college affiliated to it. The University offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level courses in various streams such as Social Sciences, Humanities and International Studies, Engineering, Agriculture, Basic and Applied Sciences, Environmental and Earth Sciences, Law, Commerce and Management.

• Admission process to Allahabad State University is online. Candidates need to visit the official website of the University and fill in online form
• Admission to BA, BSc, BCom, BFA is based on the Undergraduate Admission Test (UGAT)
• Candidates need to quality in Post Graduate Admission Test (PGAT) for MA, MSc, MPA, MFA and MTech
• Admission to MPhil is based on a valid score in Combined Research Entrance Test (CRET) followed by an Interview. UGC NET/ CSIR NET  or GATE  qualified candidates need not appear in CRET conducted by UOA
• Admit card for UGAT and PGAT are available in the month of May and the result is announced in June, generally

The University offers 228 courses at BTech, MTech and PhD level in 9 streams such as Social Sciences, Humanities and International Studies, Engineering, Agriculture, Basic and Applied Sciences, Environmental and Earth Sciences, Law and Commerce and Management, and so on.
