Department of Technical Education, Haryana conducts three rounds of HSTES Counselling for admission to BE/BTech programme. CCSHAU BE/BTech Admission 2021: How to Apply?

For seeking BE/BTech admission at CCS HAU, a candidate needs to pass Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science as an optional subject with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) along with a valid JEE Main score. On the other hand, for BE/BTech (Lateral Entry) admission, a candidate needs to pass a diploma degree from a recognised institute/university with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) along with a valid score in Haryana LEET. Upon fulfilment of the basic qualifying criteria, candidates further need to register for HSTES Counselling process by following the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1- Payment of Counselling Participation Fees: All candidates have to pay Rs 500 either in online mode through credit/debit card, net banking, or in offline mode through e-challan by visiting any branch of Punjab National Bank/Axis Bank. After fee payment, the system will allot a “Roll No.” to every candidate which can be used throughout the counselling and admission process.

Step 2- Counselling Registration: Students will have to register themselves after payment of counselling fees. For this, they will have to enter their basic details along with JEE Main roll number. Candidates will receive a user ID and password in their registered email ID for all future login.

Step 3- Filling and Locking of Choices: Candidates will have to log in using their user ID and password to fill choices of colleges. Candidates must note that they have to make fresh choice filling for every round of counselling after the announcement of the seat allotment result.

Step 4- Seat Allotment: The Haryana BTech counselling and seat allotment authority will release the result of seat allotment. Candidate has to login using their user ID and password to check their seat allotment result. If the candidate is allotted a seat, they will see the link to the provisional seat allotment letter.
