| Scholarship for UG programs (B. Tech /BBA/BCA/B. Des.) In view of the cancellation of the Class XII Board examination and the resultant challenges it poses for students seeking admission to higher education, we have revised our admission and scholarship process retaining objectivity and but making it more holistic. Level 1: 100% Academic Fee Waiver +100% Hostel Fee waiver will be awarded to students getting 96 + in 10th Board* and/or 96 + in 12th Board** Level 2: 75% Academic Fee Waiver +75% Hostel Fee waiver will be awarded to students getting 90.0 to 95.99 in 10th Board* and/or 90.0 to 95.99 in 12th Board** Level 3: 50% Academic Fee Waiver + 50% Hostel Fee waiver will be awarded to students getting 85 to 89.99 in 10th Board* and/ or 85 to 89.99 in 12th Board** Level 4: 25% Academic Fee Waiver will be awarded to students getting 80 to 84.99 in 10th Board* and/or 80 to 84.99 in 12th Board** Level 5: 15% Academic Fee Waiver will be awarded to students getting 75 to 79.99 in 10th Board* and/or 75 to 79.99 in 12th Board** As a result, for students completing class XII in 2021, the admissions will be based on their performance in class X Boards and review of other achievements across academics, sports, performing arts and other extra-curricular activities over the last 2 years. For applicants who took class XII Board examination in earlier years will be admitted on basis of these marks and review of other achievements. The Early Admission Opportunity (EAO) is open from 1st to 21st June during which the following Scholarship matrix will apply. Students who have taken admission before 1st June will also be able to take advantage of this opportunity. * Applicable to students who have passed class 10th in 2019 and appearing in class 12th in 2021, for outstanding students’ scholarship may upgrade to one level depending on the overall performance. ** Applicable to students who have passed class 12th in 2020 (The scholarships are subject to change after the EAO window) | Scholarship |
| Merit Scholarship in the first year of B.Tech. program 2021 based on JEE Mains Percentile as follows: Selection is primarily on the basis of JEE Mains score. There is an early-round for those who have taken JEE Mains in Feb 2021 or Mar 2021 or in the year 2020. The scholarships based as follows: Level 1: 100% Academic Fee Waiver + 100% Hostel Fee waiver will be awarded to students getting 91.00+ in JEE Mains Percentile (For Boys) and 90.00+ in JEE Mains Percentile (For Girls) Level 2: 75% Academic Fee Waiver + 75% Hostel Fee waiver will be awarded to students getting 89.00 to 90.99 in JEE Mains Percentile (For Boys) and 87.00 to 89.99 in JEE Mains Percentile (For Girls) Level 3: 50% Academic Fee Waiver + 50% Hostel Fee waiver will be awarded to students getting 87.00 to 88.99 in JEE Mains Percentile (For Boys) and 84.00 to 86.99 in JEE Mains Percentile (For Girls) Level 4: 25% Academic Fee Waiver will be awarded to students getting 83.00 to 86.99 in JEE Mains Percentile (For Boys) and 79.00 to 83.99 in JEE Mains Percentile (For Girls) Level 1: 15% Academic Fee Waiver will be awarded to students getting 80.00 to 82.99 in JEE Mains Percentile (For Boys) and 76.00 to 78.99 in JEE Mains Percentile (For Girls) For scholarship in consecutive years following criteria will be followed- Level 1: Students with 8.0 or above CGPA of previous year will get scholarship of same level as followed in 1st year. Students with 7.0 or above and below 8.0 CGPA of previous year will get scholarship of level 2 as followed in 1st year. Students getting below 7.0 CGPA will not get any scholarship Level 2/ Level 3/ Level 4/ Level 5: Students with 8.5 or above CGPA of previous year will move one level up (scholarship status). Students with 7.5 or above and below 8.5 will get scholarship of same level as followed in 1st year. Students with 7.0 or above and below 7.5 will move one level down (scholarship status). Students getting below 7.0 CGPA will not get any scholarship. | Scholarship |
