MNLUA was established in the year 2017 under the Maharashtra National Law University Act. Currently, the university offers only a Bachelor's Degree Programme i.e BA- LLB (Hons).

• Admission to BA- LLB (Hons) will be done on the basis of CLAT cut-off
• The total seat intake to the programme is 60 including reserved seats
• The annual fee for candidates belonging to Maharashtra is INR 2,13,490
• The fee for candidates other than Maharashtra is INR 2,45,250 per annum

BA- LLB (Hons) is a five year integrated programme offered by the university. The course consists of 10 semesters. The eligibility for the same is mentioned in the below table:

In MNLUA, 32% of the seats are unreserved & rest of the seats are filled according to the reservation criteria. The detailed reservation criteria is discussed in the below chart:

The total seat intake of UG programme is 60 out of which 41 seats are reserved for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates. The detailed seat breakup is discussed below:

1. Candidates have to register for CLAT exam

4. The merit list of eligible candidates will be announced on the basis of CLAT scores
5. Candidates have to submit the admission fee

MNLU Aurangabad Round 3, 4 and 5 allotment (provisional) lists 2021 are released for UG and PG Law programmes.

The Maharashtra National Law University (also known as MNLU Aurangabad) offers various Law-oriented programmes but is mostly known for its BA LLB (Hons) and LLM programmes offered in full-time mode. NLU Aurangabad admission 2021 to BA LLB (Hons) and LLM is done on the basis of merit as assessed through a Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).

Common-Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national-level entrance exam that was conducted on July 23, 2021, and the results of the same were released on the official website of CLAT on July 29, 2021. CLAT-qualified candidates must complete the following two-step process to appear for CLAT Counselling, which is presented below:

Step 1: Update your NLU preferences

Step 2: Make an online payment of Rs 50,000

All the candidates registered for CLAT 2021 counselling will be called by the respective NLUs through five provisional merit lists, each released by the Consortium of CLAT. Candidates, who are selected in either of the merit lists will have the following three options, including:

• Accept the allotted seat
• Apply for upgrade
• Exit from CLAT admission process
