A. Plaksha is a registered trademark of Reimagining Higher Education Foundation (RHEF). RHEF has received a letter of intent from the Punjab Government to set up Plaksha University. The final legislation of the proposed university happenned in May 2021. The undergraduate program will start after legislation of the university.

A. Backed by a large group of over 70 academic leaders from five countries, Plaksha is an effort towards building a new model of Engineering education and research in India. The early founders of Plaksha were also involved with Ashoka University, which has emerged as one of the prominent institutions for Liberal Arts in India. So, Plaksha can be considered a good option for technical education.

A. Plaksha offers six courses to the students, which include a one-year residential PG Tech Leaders Fellowship programme, a four-year undergraduate BTech programme across four specialisations and a two-week Young Tech Scholars (YTS) summer programme for the students of Class 9 to Class 11.
Q. Which credentials are offered to Plaksha students at the end of the fellowship programme?
A. After completing Plaksha Tech Leaders Fellowship programme, students are offered a certificate co-signed by the Reimagining Higher Education Foundation and Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology (UC, Berkeley).
Q. Is it compulsory for the students of TLF programme to stay at the Plaksha campus?
A. Yes, TLP is a fully-residential programme with a keen focus on peer to peer learning inside and outside classrooms. To facilitate this pedagogy, students are required to stay at the residential campus of Plaksha.

Students will require to submit an online application. On the basis of that application, they will be shortlisted for the interview round.
