About

Raffles University, is a private university which was established in 2011 by an Act of Rajasthan Stat Legislature. It is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and also a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). It is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

It is a multidisciplinary university that offers courses in various streams, such as Law, Management, Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy, Humanities. These programmes are offered under seven constituent schools, which are shown below:

It offers national and international opportunities to the students through its academic collaborations. It has signed MoUs with National Maritime Foundation and Central Institute of Technology (Assam). At the international level, it has collaborated with Lisbon University and the University of New Hampshire. It has also collaborated with Neemrana Industries Association (NIA) for the placements and internship opportunities. Apart from this, it also has several industry partners, such as HomeShop18, EMAAR, Vida Hotels, Novo Shoes, Noon.com and more for placements.

The infrastructure of this University is built on sprawling 50 acre of land and equipped with all modern facilities. The University is based on GURUKLA concept with all residential facilities, such as laundry, cafeteria, internet, etc. The University timely conducts webinars on trending topics to enhance the knowledge of students. It also offers an education loan facility to economically weak students. Students can get up to a maximum loan of Rs 7.5 lakh against a third-party guarantee.

Raffles University Admission Process

The University offers more than 50 courses under its seven constituent schools. Raffles University admissions are conducted online as well as offline. Candidates need to register and fill an application form to apply online. For the offline application process, candidates need to visit the admission office. UG Courses

  • Admission to BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) programmes is based on CLAT scores

Raffles University Courses

It offers more than 50 UG, PG, PhD, diploma, PG diploma and certificate courses in various streams, such as Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Law, Pharmacy and more. The duration of UG and PG courses varies from course-to-course, whereas the duration of PG diploma programmes is one year. It also offers diploma programmes with a duration ranging from one to three years. The duration of all certificate courses is six months. Admission to all these programmes is either entrance or merit-based. Admission Details

Raffles University was established in 2011 by an Act of Rajasthan State Legislative named Raffles University Neemrana Act 2011. The sponsoring body of the University is Gomber Education Foundation, a voluntary, non-profit making, non-sectarian charitable organisation.

There is an academic collaboration between Raffles University and Central Institute of Technology, Kokrajhar which is a centrally-funded University under the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). The purpose of this collaboration is to facilitate joint research, conferences, seminars, capacity building workshops. Raffles University also has international collaborations with Lisbon University and the University of New Hampshire to offer global exposure to students.

Raffles University offers undergraduate, postgraduate, research-level, Diploma, PG Diploma and Certificate Course in seven disciplines, namely, Law, Engineering, Management, Applied Science, Agricultural Science, Pharmacy, and Humanities and Social Sciences. The top course of the University is Law, offered at undergraduate as well as postgraduate level.

Admission at Raffles University begins in May every year. The University also provides lateral admission, depending upon the merit of the student and the availability of seats. Before entertaining applications for admission, Raffles University conducts a separate entrance test.

Raffles University UG Admission 2021

Raffles University offers UG courses in Law, Engineering, Humanities, Commerce and many more fields. The final selection is done on the basis of the entrance exam conducted by the University, followed by Group Discussion (GD) and counselling conducted by the University.

Raffles University LLB Admission 2021

Raffles University offers LLB in three variations. It is a five-year full-time degree course for which the final selection is done on the basis of students’ performance in Personal Interview (PI).
