Sandip University is one of the leading universities located in Northern Maharashtra. The university is recognised by the UGC and is also a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), the Computer Society of India (CSI), the Education Promotion Society for India (EPSI), and the All India Management Association (AIMA). Sandip Institute of Technology and Research Centre ranked 14 amongst all Engineering colleges in the West Zone and ranked 9 among top emerging universities of India. The university is sprawling over an area of 250 acres in Nasik. 

The university offers a total of 82 courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes through 10 schools which includes School of Engineering and Technology, School of Computer Science & Engineering, Scholl of Design (UX Design), School of Commerce & Management Sciences, School of Pharmaceutical Science, School of Law, School of Science, School of Fashion Design and Beauty Cosmetology, School of Interior Design, School of Social Science and Humanities.

The highest package offered this year is INR 12.5 LPA. Additionally, the university also provides scholarship to the students i.e., both merit-based and need-based.

Sandip University admission is based on both merit and entrance exam scores. While for BTech courses students the entrance exam is JEE Main/ SU JEE/ MH-CET. For MTech, students should score in (GATE)/SU JEE. For Law (PG): SUN PG/PG CLAT/PG SLAT

Sandip University has a placement record of 94% among the eligible students. In 2021-22, more than 400 students were placed from Engineering and MBA. The highest package offered this year is INR 12.5 LPA.

Sandip University Scholarships 2022 

Sandip University offers both merit and need-based scholarships. These scholarships are divided into different types according to the eligibility criteria. Below is the detailed information for Sandip University Scholarships: 

1. Merit Scholarship 

Scholarships Scheme for Maharashtra State 

Note: Qualifying exams includes H.S.C., SU-JEE whichever is applicable 

For MS Students 

2. Sports Scholarship 

Note: These are the terms and conditions for Sports scholarship and are subject to predefined number by Sandip University- 

• Applicable only for last academic year certification 
• Only 02 % of the intake will be entitled for above scholarship 
• Students need to submit the copy of relevant Certificates/Medal 

3. Other Scholarship 

Note: 

• These scholarships will be applicable only to all the first-year students for UG courses and for all programs. 
• The merit scholarship will be awarded maximum 15% of the program intake on first cum first basis. 
• Students who are selected in first year shall continue to get the scholarship in subsequent years according to the respective slabs and score of that particular academic year.
