| Girl Child Scholarship: 20% Scholarship for Girl Students for Intake in Undergraduate Programs at UPES for Academic Year 2021-22 This scholarship will be offered for first year on the tuition fee to all girl students taking admission in UPES in the year 2021 subject to a minimum 70% marks in 12th board exams. The renewal of the scholarship will only be offered for subsequent years based on the below criteria: - The student must have enrolled at UPES for any of its Under-Graduate Programs in the Academic Year 2021-22 - The student must not intermit or defer at any point of registration with UPES for his/her Under-Graduate Studies - The student must have an attendance record of at least 85% in each of the semesters - The student must obtain minimum 8 CPGA in the previous year/years. - The student have not been debarred for appearing in the end semester examination due to shortage of attendance, disciplinary grounds or any other action which is against the code of conduct stated by the University - The student must pass all his/her courses in the first attempt - The student must have not appeared in any improvement exam for any of the courses for the entire duration of the program - Scholarship once discontinued during the entire duration of the program will be treated as discontinuation of the scholarship for the entire duration of the program. | Scholarship |

This scholarship will be offered for first year on the tuition fee to all girl students taking admission in UPES in the year 2021 subject to a minimum 65% marks in their undergraduate program. | B.Tech Scholarship: 1. Merit Based Scholarship - Scholarship will be offered to students securing an aggregate of 80% marks in class X and XII and 80% marks in PCM for B.Tech (All Streams) in Computer Science and Engineering. Such scholarships will be limited to 10% of seats in each B.Tech Program. Scholarships will be allotted for the first Semester in Merit order to eligible candidates. - Scholarships will be awarded based on merit only. - Continuation of Scholarship in the subsequent years will be as per the University policy - Scholarship amount is 50% on Tuition fee of first Semester. 2. Scholarship for Uttarakhand State Board Toppers: - Merit order allotment of 1 seat per program. - The seats reserved under this category will be within the 15% reservation for Uttarakhand resident students. - Should have “Sthai Niwas Praman Patra” (Permanent Residence Certificate) - Students will be entitled only for 1 scholarship at a time (either through Uttarakhand Board Toppers or through Uttarakhand Resident category) - Scholarship in subsequent years will be as per merit scholarship policy of the University - Scholarship amount is 25% of tuition fee waiver for Boys and 35% for Girl students in first year | Scholarship |

| 1. GATE SCHOLARSHIP: * Scholarship @ Rs. 12,400/- per month for Students having 70 percentile and above in GATE. 2. RESEARCH GRANT: All Students will also be eligible to avail a grant up to a sum of Rs. 50,000/- towards outcome-based research as per rules and regulations framed for the purpose by the University. GATE Scholarship Students admitted to M. Tech program in the academic session 2022-23 with valid GATE score 70 percentile and above will be considered for scholarship @ Rs. 12,400/- per month during their period of registration with the University. To become eligible for the continuance scholarship in subsequent semesters, the students are required to have a) earned minimum SGPA / CGPA of 8.0 in each semester b) passed every semester examination in the first attempt besides maintaining regular attendance, discipline, exemplary behavior and compliance with all other norms as prescribed by the University from time to time Fee concession: 33% concession on tuition fee shall be provided only to Uttarakhand bonafide resident students on merit cum means basis to be decided by the University subject to fulfilling the following conditions: - Students whose gross annual family income is not more than Rs.12 Lakhs, - Students who possess valid “Sthai Niwas Praman Patra” from Uttarakhand state | Scholarship |
